Meet Matt

Finding the right real estate agent often feels like trying to find a needle in a haystack - except the haystak is made of billboards, bus wraps, and "Top Producers" awards. Most people get into real estate to sell homes; I entered it to change how people find the person who sells their home.

The Backstory

I bought my first home nearly 20 years ago. I was excited and scared at the same time. At that time, I did what most do still today and started with family members and friends that were real estate agents. Working with close family or friends may work for some, but for me, it was....awkward. Eeeeks. And it was me, not them :). I get that for some, this works but for me I didn't really feel that I could share my specific needs and found it harder than easier to use someone I had a close, personal relationship. Even almost 20 years ago, I knew there had to be a better way to match an agent with buyers and sellers, especially first timers and those moving to a new state not knowing where to start. With thousands of agents to choose from, I want to be part of the solution, helping buyers and sellers find agents who are actually neighborhood or community experts verses someone who just has a really big marketing budget.​

A Different Kind of Agent

I didn't join this industry for the commissions or the primary income - I'm fortunate to have a career outside of real estate that I love. In fact, I don't even represent buyers or sellers. Instead, I come in by helping you find the perfect agent. I do this for the genuine enjoyment of making the "perfect match." Think of me as your personal real estate consultant and filter. I use my license and industry access to the top agents to vet, interview, and narrow down the field of thousands to just a few. You then get to interview them to see if they match. If they don't I go back to work until you are satisfied.

 

My Service Fees: Zero. Nada. $0.00.

 

As a referral agent, I am only compensated when you use an agent that I refer to you (you are contracted with that agent not me) and when the transaction successfully closes. My compensation is generated from a percentage of your agent's commissions so my service truly doesn't cost you any thing. We can talk more if you have any questions.
