• We do not provide legal, tax, or mortgage advice.

 

2. No Broker-Client Relationship

Use of this Site or our matching service does not create a fiduciary or brokerage relationship between you and Agent Perfecto. A formal broker-client relationship is only established once you sign a separate representation agreement with a Partner Agent.

 

3. Independent Contractor Status of Partner Agents

The Partner Agents we recommend are independent professionals. While we strive to recommend high-quality agents:

• We do not employ, manage, or control the Partner Agents.

• We make no guarantees regarding the performance, outcome, or behavior of any Partner Agent.

• You are responsible for conducting your own final due diligence before signing a contract with any agent.

 

4. Fees and Commissions

• Service for Consumers: Our referral and matching service is provided at no direct cost to you (the buyer or seller).

• Referral Fees: We may receive a referral fee from the Partner Agent or their brokerage if you successfully close a real estate transaction using their services. By using our Site, you acknowledge and consent to this standard industry referral arrangement.

 

5. Accuracy of Information

While we aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding agents and market trends, Agent Perfecto does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site or information provided during the matching process.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agent Perfecto and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Your interaction with any Partner Agent recommended through our service.

• The failure of a real estate transaction to close.

• Any errors or omissions in the information provided on the Site.

 

7. Privacy and Data Usage

By submitting your contact information, you grant Agent Perfecto permission to:

• Contact you regarding your real estate needs.

• Share your information with a limited number of Partner Agents for the purpose of facilitating a match.
